CEI LAUNCHES CALL FOR PROPOSALS 2014 FOR CO-FINANCING COOPERATION ACTIVITIES 

Public and private institutions registered in a CEI Member State as well as international and regional organisations are invited to apply for  CEI co-financing for innovative actions favouring mobility and networking. Proposals need to focus on capacity building by transferring and sharing know-how, in particular from EU CEI Member States to non-EU CEI Member States. The activities can take the form of conferences, seminars, workshops, and training activities.Proposals are to be in line with the CEI Plan of Action 2014-2016 and meet the criteria comprehensively outlined in the Call for Proposals.

Deadline for submitting applications: 27 May 2014 12:00:00 CEST (GMT+2) midday Trieste time.

Potential CEI contribution: up to 15.000 EUR.

Mandatory implementation period: 1 January to 31 December 2015.

SMALL GRANT PROGRAMME OF THE EMBASSY OF LITHUANIA

The Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania calls for submission of CONCEPTS for the implementation of projects(small projects or co-funding: up to 2.000 EUR [two thousand euros]) aimed at sustainable institutional development, continuation of reforms, strengthening civil society and democracy, regional development and improving work of local authorities in Moldova.

Concepts may be submitted by natural and legal persons of the Republic of Lithuania or the Republic of Moldova.

Concepts may be submitted in the English, Russian or Lithuanian languages by e-mail: amb.md@urm.lt

Information on the submission of concepts and applications for projects, selection procedures, implementation and information for providers as well as any other project-related information is available in the Description on the Procedures of Implementation of the Development Cooperation and Democracy Promotion Programme, established by Order No. V-62 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania on 17th April 2014.

The activity and financial report by the receivers of the grants must be submitted until December 1, 2014. The costs for administrative expenditures should not exceed 10 percent of the total project value.
