South RDA opens offers for purchasing design services of the investments in the field of energy efficiency increase of Matei Basarab Theoretical High School, Basarabeasca

The Regional Development Agency South held on 10 August 2018,  the opening of bids in the framework of the repeated public tender for the contracting of investment projects in the field of energy efficiency improvement for the project implemented with the support of the German Government through the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ), namely: Matei Basarab Theoretical High School, Basarabeasca.

Only one tender was submitted for participation in the public tender announced by the RDA South. The working group consisting of representatives of RDA South, GIZ, LPA and civil society, conducted the tender opening procedure in the presence of representatives of the bidder.

The procurement procedure will strictly comply with the rules set out in the Regulations (GIZ PRAG), developed on the basis of the EU Practical Guide to PRAG1 for service contracts and works contracts. Complying with these rules ensures objective, transparent and non-discriminatory choice of contractors with competitive offers at the best price-quality ratio or at the best price, while respecting the efficiency of using public funds.

The project 'Modernization of Local Public Services in the Republic of Moldova' (MLPS) is implemented by the German Development Cooperation through GIZ in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment and is financially supported by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the European Union, the Romanian Government, the Swedish Government and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
