The second training course in the field of bakery-pastry-preparation of flour products within NON SOLO PANE project is completed

On Friday, June 22, in Cimișlia took place the event of completing the second training in the field of bakery-pastry-preparation of flour products. This one was held in the Development Region South due to the support of a group of Italian entrepreneurs.

The event was attended by the representatives of the Regional Development Agency South, Mr Claudio Li Calzi - manager of "Green Projects" LTD, Mr Giovanni Meli -  Italian professor, as well as the training participants.

To the beneficiaries, who were studying the material from June 4 to June 22, 2018, were given qualification certificates approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research. They learned the skill of dough handling from one of the most talented Italian professors with 25-year experience in this field. During this period, they found out the technological process of preparing various kinds of bread, grissini, buns, baguette, pizza, focaccia, types of biscuits, sweet tarts etc.

Entrepreneurs from Basarabeasca, Cahul, Cimislia, Căuşeni and Ştefan-Voda districts, people employed in this field, and last but not least, people who want to start a business finalised the second training course.

The training is part of the NON SOLO PANE project, implemented by the RDA South in partnership with Italian entrepreneur Albino Irali and "Green Projects" LLC.

The NON SOLO PANE” project aims to increasing the economic competitiveness of the Development Region South by strengthening the entrepreneurial and professional capacities in the field of bakery and pastry.
